Hey, parents! It’s long overdue, but our youth are having some important conversations about suicide in Youth Group (High Schoolers on February 21st from 4:30-5:30 pm and Middle School on February 28th from 2-3 pm). We know this is a tough and difficult topic and one that we can be intimidating as parents. With that in mind, we are hosting separate parent conversations for parents with folks who are knowledgeable about mental health in our local community. Our goal is to make sure you are equipped and have access to the resources you need to make these conversations helpful. Here’s the where, when, and who for these conversations:
- Sunday February 21st 4:30-5:30 pm on the Appleyard Patio (just past the playground). We will be in person, so please bring a mask and chair and help us keep distance between participants. Our panel will include:
