Thank you for your interest in becoming a leader in DCPC Youth! In order to safeguard both our youth and our leaders, please complete the following 3 steps. Only after they are complete will you be able to begin working with you directly.

1. Complete & Return a Background Check Release Form 3 options on returning: fill it out electronically and email it Matt (mattwiggins504@gmail.com), print and take a picture/scan and email to Matt, or bring the form to the church office. Click here to download the DCPCY Background Check Release
2. Complete Darkness to Light Training Darkness to Light (D2L) is available as an online course that can will take 90-120 minutes to complete. You can pause the training at any point and resume it later. There is a cost for the online training ($10), but we will be happy to reimburse you if you submit a receipt. Once you have completed D2L, email a copy of your certificate to Matt. Click here to begin training.
